Understand
How do you wear your brows? How much mascara do you like? What would you leave as it is?

Analyse
Olya looks at your eye shape, colouring and the direction your brow and lash hairs grow.

Design
She explains the shape, shade and curl she recommends. You agree before treatment begins.

Treat
She shapes, colours or lifts as agreed. Lamination is used when it helps achieve that finish.

Refine
A final brush and a look in the mirror together. Olya explains how to care for the result at home.
